If the property purchaser elects to have Waimarino manage the property the owner of the residence gets to use all the Waimarino lodge facilities at no cost, including:

BOAT

Waimarino Lodge has two stunning 27ft Rand Electric Boats on site which is available to the home owner and their guests with boating experience. A skipper can be included for a small charge.

BIKES

Waimarino has a mix of dual suspension Scott mountain bikes and electronically assisted mountain bikes. These are available from reception during your stay or can also be pre-booked at no cost..

YOGA STUDIO

The owner and their guests have use of the Waimarino yoga studio and are also welcome to attend classes held by Waimarino’s instructor each day.

WAIMARINO DAY SPA & IN HOUSE SERVICES

The Waimarino day spa has a beautiful selection of treatments, from facials to massages, scrubs to detox treatments these services can be pre-booked or arranged via your concierge or any member of the Waimarino staff.

KA RESTAURANT

Waimarino’s on-site restaurant is rather special. From planting and growing their own produce to cooking elements over our outdoor fires using manuka wood, the team are rather passionate about what they prepare for guests. Waiora’s owners are welcome at KA for breakfast and dinner and can also order our sumptuous picnic hampers for their lunch to be enjoyed at the home. Likewise KA’s head chef can come to the home with service staff to cater your food and beverage needs.

DISTILLERY

Waimarino has its own distillery which is a lovely location to enjoy a sunset drink. Waiora owners and guests are welcome to come to distillery and learn how to make their own gin and Vodka using botanicals from the lodge garden.

VEHICLES

Waimarino have small fleet of Audi all electric E-tron vehicles which are available for the property owners use when staying at the property.

The E-tron is the first all-electric vehicle from Audi, and is the very pinnacle of automotive technology; with all of the performance, luxury and appointment that are trademarks of the Audi brand. Driven by two-electric motors, a new electric quattro all-wheel drive and a superbly finished interior fit for five adults , the E-tron continues Audi’s skill of combining engaging performance with practicality and uncompromising luxury.

The vehicles have a range of approximately 380km on one charged and can be recharged at the lodge car park or at Waiora.
